Delivery and return

Delivery policy

1. Delivery costs

We strive to cover delivery costs as much as possible. We offer our customers who are located in France as well as in other countries of the European Union free standard delivery. For countries outside the European Union, we ask our customers for a financial contribution calculated based on the weight of the work shipped, ranging from 30 to 100 euros. If our delivery costs prove to be lower than the price paid by the customer, we undertake to reimburse the difference.

2. Standard delivery

For deliveries in France, we trust La Poste's Colissimo service, which offers a fast and careful service. For deliveries to other countries of the European Union, we also use the Colissimo service of La Poste which is then responsible for delivering the package to the national postal services of destination. For these destinations, we can also use the services of DHL. For other destinations, we select the most competent service provider in the region concerned: FedEx, UPS or DHL. If you would like to know how your work will be shipped, do not hesitate to write to us.

Each of our shipments is insured to the value of the sale price. The package is delivered by hand with signature or presentation of the identity card.

3. Premium Delivery

For certain pieces, heavy, bulky or particularly fragile, we use the delivery service provider specializing in the transport of works of art Convelio. To do this, we must first prepare a quote. If you would like to benefit from Convelio's premium "white glove" service including installation of the purchased part at the address of your choice, please write to us before placing your order.

4. Preparation times

Our works are stored in different locations in France. Depending on the part ordered, we may need several days to prepare your order. We also take care to package the part as carefully as possible before shipping it. We also need time to produce the invoice and certificate of authenticity. We will keep you informed by email of the progress of your order.

5. Packaging

We trust the artists to package and protect the piece as carefully as possible before shipping. Bubble wrap, foam, film... don't worry, we have learned to transport ceramics and have no breakage to our credit. It also requires a little time, which we count towards the preparation time.

6. Delivery times

We choose fast shipping methods to satisfy our customers. In France, La Poste guarantees delivery on D+2 after dispatch. For other destinations, this delay may take up to two weeks. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.

If you are in a hurry to receive your artwork, you can choose the premium option mentioned earlier. Write to us and we will prepare a quote.

7. France: hand delivery

Depending on your address and the part you are interested in, we can offer to view the part before purchasing it. This is a service that we can offer to our customers who are located in the Paris region. Do not hesitate to write to us to organize a tailor-made delivery with option to purchase.
