Terms of use
The following terms of use apply to the use of our site and our services. By accessing our site and making a purchase, you accept these terms in full. We kindly ask you to read it.
1. Our commitments
Lazaert.com is the website of the online gallery Lazaert Gallery. Its role is to present the works of its collection to art lovers as well as the possibility of acquiring them. As such, we are required to provide you with certain mandatory information, including details of our artwork, their prices, payment and delivery terms, and return conditions. It is important that you read this information carefully before placing an order.
3. Originality of works
If Lazaert is an online art gallery, the works it sells are indeed physical objects. The works in our collection are unique pieces handmade by the artist mentioned in the description. It is impossible to acquire them virtually.
2. The certificate of authenticity
By purchasing a work of art on our website, we undertake to provide you with all the information concerning the work: its price, its dimensions, the materials used, the year of creation as well as its author.
With the exception of the acquisition price, all the information mentioned in the previous paragraph is indicated on the certificate of authenticity which accompanies the work sold. This certificate is issued by Lazaert Gallery and signed by the artist. It is important to keep this document which attests to the originality of the work. This is a unique document, in the event of loss, we are not able to provide another copy without an expertise carried out by us.
3. Additional information
Certain additional information such as "the possibility of exhibiting the work outdoors", the weight of the work, the artistic approach of the author, the history of the creation and the place of its creation - information that we consider important - are not systematically reported. We undertake to provide you with this information if you request it.
The techniques used as well as the coating recipes (glazes, enamels, slips) are kept secret by the artists. We are unable to provide you with this information.
4. Purchase, invoice
Payments in cryptocurrencies are not accepted. We trust WIX's secure payment system, Stripe, to complete your purchases in national currencies. Stripe accepts most payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), China Union Pay, etc.). Upon delivery, you will receive a purchase invoice mentioning the name of the work, the acquisition price as well as the legal information of the company Lazaert Gallery.
If you acquire a work as a professional or on behalf of a company, we can provide your legal information on the invoice. Please send us this information by email before or after your purchase.
